香港瑜伽教練協會會長。80年代早期在南華會開始學習瑜伽，師承香港瑜伽界鼻祖羅秋老師傅。83年參加國際瑜伽學會，並積極參與推揚瑜伽文化，是香港瑜伽界的先驅人物，有接近30年的瑜伽學習及教導經驗，並每年數次前往印度，跟隨正統瑜伽靈性導師Guru學習瑜伽精粹。他繼承上師的瑜伽科學研究的事業，並創辦了香港瑜伽教練協會，旨在傳播純正瑜伽精髓。
